Rosemary Nettle Salt

Fresh stinging nettle tops blended into Himalayan pink salt(see process in video below), mixed with powdered local rosemary.

Delicious on savoury meals. This salt is one of my favourite ways to add more nutrition to my food and self care rituals. I eat this salt almost every day, year round. It was a staple food for me during my pregnancy.
