Fresh stinging nettle tops blended into Himalayan pink salt(see process in video below), mixed with powdered local rosemary.
Delicious on savoury meals and rich in minerals. This salt is one of my favourite ways to add more nutrition and protection to my food and self care rituals. I eat this salt almost every day, year round. It was a staple food for me during my pregnancy.
Stinging Nettle has countless medicinal benefits and can be used to treat: allergies, arthritis, gout, pain, inflammation, eczema and skin inflammations, burns, bites, wounds, menstrual challenges, sprains, cramps, sciatica and tendonitis, anemia, cardiac insufficiency, swelling, and enlarged spleen. *
It can help stimulate blood flow and increase blood iron/oxygen carrying capacity.
It is also supportive during pregnancy and postpartum.
