Homegrown California Poppy flowers and Skull Cap leaves and flowers, slow steeped and dual extracted in alcohol, water and organic glycerine.
I grew the California Poppies and my friend and very talented herbalist Jaycee of Unfurl Wellness grew the Skullcap in this blend.
All tinctures include a dosing card as well as instructions on the bottle.
