Wild wind blown usnea lichen and home grown lemon balm, slow steeped and dual extracted in alcohol, water and organic glycerine.

Usnea grows very slowly and is vital for the life of the trees it lives on. For this reason I only harvest it from the ground, once it has already fallen from the tree.

I originally made this blend for treatment of Herpes Simplex Virus type 1 and 2.
This tincture is meant to be used in partnership with my Cold Sore Balm.
The tincture supports internally, what the balm supports externally.
The tincture is higher in lemon balm, and the balm higher in usnea.

This tincture is part of my Herpes/Cold Sore Bundle. 20% Savings.

Lemonbalm and Usnea are both powerful anti-virals. Lemon balm supports a calm nervous system. It is gentle, fragrant and soothing. Usnea is a powerful anti-microbial lichen (fungi/algae). Usnea should not be consumed for long periods of time as it can have a detrimental impact on the gut microbiome.

Over time I have come to use this tincture for prevention and treatment of many infections, most commonly colds, flus, sinusitis and bronchitis. It is a good ally for people who find themselves frequently picking up colds from public spaces, or for parents who have kids in school. Check out the post below from my free class FANTASTIC FUNGI to learn more about Usnea Lichen.

All tinctures include a dosing card as well as instructions on the bottle.
