Lungwort lichen is not a mushroom, but rather a lichen, which is a cross between a fungi and an algae.
It has many healing applications, including: respiratory conditions, asthma, bronchitis, whooping cough, tuberculosis and laryngitis, anti-oxidant, anti-inflamatory, anti-ulcer (lungwort is coating and soothing), anti-bacterial, supports digestive health. *
Among my clients the most common use for this tincture is to soothe asthma and persistent coughs. I've also seen a number of people use this tincture to cope with respiratory distress from COVID.
All tinctures include a dosing card as well as instructions on the bottle.
